but DJ-Tank reckons that EA or whoever have emailed him and said that the license for the BF2 servers on the PS2 ends on Jan 1st 2011.

I'll just have to go spend the money for a PS-3, I tried COD 3 on PS-2 (sucks man) while BF-2 was down. There were many people still playing online. Nevertheless, I have NO skills at this other then providing points for other players.
There is no way man, the graphics suck, I cannot see anything.
The controller is very different, when I wanted to crouch down I threw a grenade, when I wanted to reload I crouched down.

What is the cost of providing these servers anyway?

I hate all games apart from BF2 MC.

I think MAG, Resistance, Haze, Killzone 2 (and 1, ps2 ), and GTA IV are pretty cool online.

I wish I had a high-end PC so I could play GTA IV with dozens of mods..

hmmm I've been looking at Killzone, seeing as u can play it on the PS2.

are the online servers well-supported do u know?

Ahh, Killzone. Man those we're the days for me.
I played KZ Online for 2 years before I came over to BFMC.
I was in -SIG-, a pistol's only clan (which was a favorite among any vetran KZ player, no explosives etc, just skill with a pistol), we had 40+ members from the US, to the UK.

But it's dead. Even if the servers are still up, a year ago when I hopped on, the nights avg. 70-90 players. And they are of course vetrans that will beat your ass to a pulp.

Lol, no guys, your days of playing KZ have been missed, and it was a great ride though.

PS2 thats still active and fun, Delta Force:Black Hawk Down and Area-51 we're both alot of fun online.

Not so sure DF has many active players, but I always got into a match on Area-51.

Loved those pistol's battles too,
& how about that mine gun??
You could kick ass with that thing ;D ;D

The sniper rifle was assume too .
Thats where the thkeller7 played
& a few other names I can't remember.

But the sweet thing was glitches
That's were I was first exposed to glitch & there were a lot.

I remembering that it was the first time I feel out from under the map!
& died but it was one of those long falls
as if you were in a tunnel
That was so F%$* ing wild, ;D
A digital tunnel! Totally awesome.!

Every level has some interesting and hard to find

That's the shit I like in a game,
that the developers incorporate in a game & only they know about it.

That's one of my life long dreams to learn how to
do programing & write the code for the gates.
