Hm, not just hackers, but people who play games which have not been released yet. Like Modern Warfare 2, shitloads of people got banned from online-play. Sucks for them. There were 'leaks' in a few shops around the world, before the real release date.

OK I can understand making a back-up disc but serves em right if they were truly using a "modded" Xbox to play pre-released games.
