cool, my advice is dont friend up with anyone til u have played with them A LOT or its someone from here Heh, I saw junglelove playing one round in Backstab. Must've sent him 3-4 friend requests. Never answered back.  This is at no offense to you. But to be honest: 1. He prob doesn't know your gamer tag 2. Your kinda new to our boards so he may not even know who you are yet. I forgot, what's your ID again? |

Never answered back. Dude that happened to me too, the guy knows he shouldn't accept every FRQ sent to him. Don't worry, he'll add you as soon as he knows that it's you. Sorry Dacia JC I don't normally except friends request from anyone, I been lagged out by so many so called Friends, mean while their always trying to hack my accounts. After losing a few five star accounts and having our clans hack I have been very leery to except any friend request. Send me a new one and if I recognize your name I will accepted it.  It's all good! ;D |

I'm not going to say it out loud and jinx myself.
I'd just say that playing since 2005 I've been very fortunate to have no misfortunes at all like other people have had.
But I have an incredible story for you.
My just-jackyl name, my primary, was registered to jtd81@me.com, just something I quickly threw in, (which mind u this was in 2005 when hacking accounts didn't even exist). Time goes by, I sold all stuff as well as memory card. Account gone right? Time goes by, purchase new ps2 and copy of game. Goto enter accounts online. First, can't remember e-mail. Called EA, and the rep was able to give me the e-mail. Go to enter account, cannot for the love of god remember the password. Go to gamespy to reset password, you have to have access to that e-mail. Well, I didn't. I google me.com, and find it has something to do with Apple products, and they offer a free e-mail service with an @me.com address! I'm like Holy Shit! Goto make the account, jtd81 is ALREADY in use! Someone has the same initals and birth year as me at the same site I needed to make an account at, go fucking figure right. So, I send a very kindly worded e-mail to that address, explaining my situation with the game, online accounts, how I didn't know it was a real e-mail someone was using, etc, went to gamespy and had the password reset e-mail sent. I figured it was worth a try right?
About a week goes by with no reply. I'm upset cause it's the one account that I earned 90% of everything for honestly and didn't want to start over.
Than one day I log into my e-mail, and there is an e-mail from that address, I open it up and all it said was:
"well somebody is using this e-mail address"
"password: "dontforget"
I was able to log into my account, and via gamespy arcade I was able to change the e-mail address to one I own and a password I know. Enter the new e-mail and password into the game online and it worked.
Karma man, what goes around comes around, and is why I try to help people with this game as much as possible. Sorry this was so long, but I've always felt this was an amazing story.

I haven't tried this yet so I have no idea if it works, but maybe it's possible to go to gamespy.com and create an account there and enter it in on bf2. Can anyone tell me if this works?

You know, thats a good question. You would want to do it via Gamespy arcade. You know what, I'm not doing anything, I'll try it in about an hour and see what happens. |
